Private Residence
Puerto, Rico
This single-family home proposal was designed for the dry forest region of Southern Puerto Rico. Conceptually, the project seeks to disrupt the proposed site in a minimal way allowing the landscape to interface with the house directly. The position of the Architectural massing is informed by existing boulders, topographic grade changes, and native flora.
The main living and sleeping spaces are located on the ground floor. A second floor provides an additional bedroom and sitting with access to a rooftop garden and outdoor sitting area.
