This project was designed for a multi-acre wooded hillside offering views of the nearby Catskill, NY mountains.

The Architectural volumes are arranged along a central circulation spine. The staggered volumes are positioned to create gardens at the entry and living room as well as a dedicated space for the rear porch that opens out to a pool and provides views of the site and mountains.

Living and entertainment spaces occupy the ground floor, while the four bedrooms on the second level maximize the site’s views.
